How it works

  • Contact our therapists by submitting an inquiry form on our "Contact Us" page. We'll connect with you to schedule a brief consultation.

  • Based on what's bringing you to therapy, we'll match you with a good fit from our team. You'll spend 15-20 minutes getting your questions answered and getting an overview of the process. You deserve something more personalized than a next available appointment.

  • Once you're comfortable with the therapist you've been matched with you'll schedule an initial session. It will include learning some additional background information and building a path forward. It's an important part of us getting to know you and you getting to know us.

  • Most often it is recommended to meet weekly to begin therapy. It's the best way to make progress and find some relief. Your meeting cadence is a worthwhile topic to revisit as therapy continues.
